 It’s important for you to obtain as much information as possible about the home you are about to buy. The purchase of your home will possibly be the largest investment you will ever make. Therefore, a home inspection completed by a licensed, professional like ASI will provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision about the property. It is always recommended that you and your Realtor be present during the inspection process. This is an opportunity for you to learn about possible safety and maintenance issues and ask any questions that you may have. You will also be shown all of the main shutoffs and resets throughout the property. Because your home’s warranty plan may not cover items and systems that are not properly maintained, routine home maintenance is very important.
